This textbook is "brand new" and falling apart. Every single page falls out so easily, even from the most delicate of turning. I have had it for maybe 3 weeks and have used it a max of 10 times probably and have lost 3 pages already. The binding is so terrible that the pages fall out just from being open and propped up to eye level. You can see the horrible seams. Do not buy unless you want half of your pages paper clipped to other pages.
The book does not show a lot of damage, however, within the first week of class, pages were falling out of the book. I would turn the page and end up holding the page in my hand. I am not impressed. I gave 2 stars as this could be an issue with the book itself, not the seller selling a damaged product.
Heavy book to carry so I use the e book a lot. Wealth of information about PHN. I tend to go to U tube for a deeper explanation.
