!!!THE BOOK IS GREAT BUT ORDER THE KINDLE OR A NEW PHYSICAL BOOK!!!I needed this book for class. It's a 5 week long class and I didn't think paying $120+ for a book I'll only use for a month seemed like a wise move so I opted for a used book. I got the used book for $75. This thing looks like it was ran over, eaten off of, then left for dead in a back alley. It really looks like a book that was found in a dumpster.I returned it and got the Kindle rental and I'm more than happy with that product.The actual content of the book is good and it's interesting enough to keep me reading past the material required for assignments.

I love this text book. I’m studying communication studies in college as a sophomore. It does apply many communication principles to an organizational setting, but honestly a lot of the content is applicable with any relationship and communication setting.

The book is usable for it's content but has water damage to the front and back. Definitely has been used and has one semester left in it.

The book came in poor condition. There is writing on every page, it looks like a cup of water was spilled on the book, some pages were completely folded and it's just very worn. The book I got should be thrown into the recycling bin or rented out for 5 bucks.

Boring, Would rather stare at a wall or a dumpster fire

It's a good book. Good insight especially with the consideration towards cross-cultural sensitivity. It covers everything from body language to interviewing. I think it would be even more handy if I had a job to put this information to use.

I'm renting the text. It's in pretty good shape. Definitely better than i expected.

Good read actually. This is a textbook for a class I am taking, but the information in here is stuff everyone working in an office environment should read. Too bad I rented, I might have handed this one off to a few co-workers.
